shapes and sizes over the past 52 years, but none are more
comfortable than the 1971-1973 models. These cars are longer,
lower, and wider than earlier or later examples and tend to offer a
smoother ride. This clean 1971 Mach 1 was ordered with a long list
of desirable options that further enhance the driving experience. A
partial list of original features includes the 351-4V 'Cleveland'
V8 (M), C-6 Select Shift Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission (U),
power steering, power front disc brakes, Selectaire air
conditioning, Sport Deck folding rear seat, console, Ram Air hood,
and AM/FM stereo (now AM/FM 8-Track). NOS front and rear spoilers,
louvers, and power windows have been added as tasteful upgrades, as
well as a beautiful aftermarket wood steering wheel, an Edelbrock
RPM Air Gap aluminum intake manifold, and a Holley carburetor. This
is a strong-running, comfortable and collectible pony that isn't
