This 1972 SS Chevelle Convertible has had only 2 Owners with the
previous having owned the car since 1986. It has undergone a full
nut and bolt restoration and has spent its entire life in a climate
controlled facility. This Super Sport features a rebuilt
454-cubic-inch that breathes through the Cowl Induction hood and
dual exhaust with Xlerator mufflers. The Turbo 400 3 Speed
automatic transmission is backed by a heavy-duty 12-bolt rear axle
with 3:31.1 Eaton Positraction. Power steering and power brakes
with a set of Factory Super Sport 5-spoke wheels with 235/60B15
BFGoodrich radial tires. The round main gauge pod features the
optional tachometer and clock surrounded by smaller gauges for
amperage, engine temperature and fuel level. The Black Top is power
folding and in great condition along with the black tonneau cover.
The original FM radio is intact and fully functional. This is a
very clean and well taken care for car, ready to show or cruise
anytime.
