This is a rare example of one of the most popular cars of all
time - the Honda Accord. This 2007 model is a hard-to-find hybrid
version that is loaded with options including navigation. This
2-owner car has also been very well maintained and includes 21
pages of dealer service records since 2009. It also has
brand new tires and a new hybrid battery as of December 2017!
The hybrid was easily the most expensive Accord for 2007, having an
MSRP of almost $34,000. Of course the hybrid drivetrain provides
improved fuel economy, but in this car it also gives a significant
performance boost. Combining the hybrid motors and 253hp V6 engine,
this car can do 0-60 mph in 6.7 seconds (Car and Driver). Not bad
for a 4-door Honda!
This Accord looks very sharp with its factory Graphite Pearl paint
and alloy wheels. It has some minor chips and scratches (as
expected from ten years and 125k miles) but is in good shape
overall without any signs of rust. The trim and moldings look nice,
and the headlight lenses are clear without any fogging. The dual
mode power sunroof works great too.
The car is in excellent mechanical condition, which is a testament
to Honda's reliability and this car's regular maintenance. The
brakes, steering, and suspension are all in great shape; the car
really drives like new. The motor, transmission, and hybrid system
are smooth and quite. And just look at that engine compartment!
The interior looks amazing; it could pass for a 2-year-old car. The
heated leather seats are outstanding. As mentioned, this car is
loaded with features. The centerpiece is the navigation / audio
system with touch screen, XM radio, and voice command. There is
also a dual automatic climate control. There are steering wheel
controls, power windows, cruise control, dual remote mirrors, and
all the other accoutrements you'd expect from a top-of-the-line
Honda. Everything works perfectly, and while the car does have a
ton of features, all owner manuals are present to help you
along.
With its excellent reliability and safety ratings, along with clean
history and good maintenance, this Accord is everything you'd want
out of a Honda. Add in the hybrid drivetrain for an mpg boost and
faster acceleration, and you get even more. It all makes for a
practical car that's tough to beat.
