Vehicle Description
This very original 1970 Mach 1 Mustang originally sold at Fred
Hauter Ford in Montrose, CA, in September 1970. A four-owner
documented car, it has much documentation from its first service
through 20 years of services. This original California car features
the original 351ci engine block with internal upgrades. It has an
added Shaker hood, C4 automatic transmission, new rear end with
3.25 gears, power steering, front disc brakes and a new fuel tank.
Recently, 1" front drop coils were added for a more aggressive
stance. It has excellent exterior paint, chrome and panels.
Interior features include Mach 1 accents with wood-grain dash, rim
blow steering wheel, center console and courtesy lights. It's
equipped with front/rear spoilers and rear Louvers, and year-one
Magnum 500-style wheels were added for a dash of Resto-Mod look on
this very original Mach 1. It has great power and runs cool.
