Looks great with the $15,000 Prior Design of North America Wide
Body Kit designed for C7's and the 8 month, 800 plus hour
custom-build and paint by Explicit Airbrush of Southington, CT.
The paint is a custom color and mix. It took several months of
testing to come to this color. The paint goes from a candy red to a
black cherry to a super bright copper orange. It is really
eye-catching when the light changes on it.
Car has been in one show only, the 2016 Dream Ride for Special
Olympics in Farmington, CT and it took first place out of 500 plus
cars in the 2005 and newer category.
"The kit fits all C7 Vettes........ This product is made from high
quality FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic). The material is a unique
blend of epoxy and flex resin that gives excellent strength,
flexibility and light weight. All of our parts are designed and
developed in Germany to the highest quality standards. Fit and
finish is excellent." The kit consists of PDR700 Front Bumper
including Add-On spoiler and Cupwings, Rear Diffuser, SideSkirts, 2
Front Fenders, Rear Widenings. Owner paid $15,000 for the kit. When
the Kit arrived in 2015, the owner decided with Explicit Airbrush
to have a complete tear down of the car.
• Explicit Airbrush did the body work, paint work and everything
that went back on the car. Some kits are bolted on. In this build,
the parts were formed onto the car. Nothing was reused, all brand
new rubber seals are on the car. • Kit makes car 4" wider in back,
2" wider in front, 2" longer overall.
The car has been always garaged and covered in a heated space. It
has never been in snow, and has been in rain only twice when the
weather shifted.
The wheels and tires are original.
The interior is as though in 100% new condition. Car has been
detailed, including the extra step of removing the seats.
