beginning to be fully appreciated by collectors and this is an
exceptional low mileage example. With only 9700 miles it is in near
new condition and has been stored for 21 years.
The ZR1 was the high performance edition of the C4 Corvette line
and with a 375 HP V8 DOHC four valve engine the ZR1 was capable of
0-60 in 4.3 seconds or a 13-second quarter mile and a top speed of
180 MPH. They were originally delivered with a manual 6-speed
transmission. These cars were known as the "King of the Hill" for
good reason.
This is one serious performance car and helped restore the
Corvette's prestige. The ZR1 is competitive with European supercars
of the era and far easier and cheaper to maintain.
A wonderful bright red "T-top" with a red leather interior this car
