The entire drive train has been completely rebuilt. Powered by the
original, numbers-matching, 327 CID 300 HP V-8 engine, mated with
the original 4-speed manual transmission, this Corvette sports the
correct 4-barrel Holley carburetor and is upgraded with a roller
cam and electronic ignition with the correct distributor, which has
been re-curved to compensate for slightly reduced compression ratio
for today's lower octane, lead-free premium gas. It also comes with
a new clutch and positraction differential with a 3.36:1 ratio for
better fuel economy. The side exhaust and new mufflers reduce
noise, but produce a throaty sound when desired so that you can
finally have the best of both worlds - comfort and performance.
With only 250 miles since restoration, you can rest assured that

This Chevy C2 Corvette comes with many regular production options,
including factory air conditioning with a rebuilt compressor and
all new hoses, power steering, power windows, and 4-wheel power
disc brakes. The braking system, in particular, features a dual
master cylinder, stainless steel sleeved wheel cylinders, and
stainless steel brake lines.
Other restoration improvements include a rust-free powder- coated
frame and completely rebuilt chassis with a correct new aluminum
radiator, new expansion tank, and all new hoses. The fuel tank,
fuel line, shocks, and all bushings were replaced. The body has all
new weather-stripping, a replaced power window motor, and all new
wiring harnesses. A new safety plate windshield features correctly
dated tinted glass matching the other dated tinted windows. The
paint is the original lacquer that comes with some aging and minor
imperfections; however, it is mostly in very good condition and
speaks to the car's authenticity. With new correct-looking
reproduction Bolt-on Knockoff wheels for optimal safety, as well as
new smooth-running goldline radials, this classic is sure to
capture lots of attention on the road and at the show. A Nassau
Blue auxiliary hardtop also comes with the car.
The interior caters to the true Corvette enthusiast with new,
comfortable leather seats and arm rest, new door panels, restored
console, and new carpeting with heat reducing under- layment. The
car comes with a new teakwood steering wheel, restored telescopic
steering column, and perfect eyebrows, complete with new dash
knobs, a full set of beautifully restored gauges that resemble the
instruments in an aircraft cockpit, and a new glove box and door.
