Here at the GR Auto Gallery we make it a point to acquire solid,
well done vehicles that stand out. This 1979 Chevrolet C 10
Scottsdale pickup is no exception. This beauty has been left mainly
all stock and looks great in all aspects. This classic pickup is
very solid, and has had a repaint at some point but was done
well.
This Scottsdale is powered by a 350 v8 paired with an automatic
transmission. The engine has been dressed up a little bit with an
Edelbrock intake, Holley 4 barrel carburetor, Hooker headers with
dual exhaust, and Accel distributor. The red paint shows well and
is accented well by the chrome and factory trim. At the time of
restoration the truck was given new inner fender wells. The truck
rides on correct steel wheels with correct hub caps and beauty
rings. The truck has power brakes, and power steering. The bed of
the truck has been sprayed with a spray in bedliner and shows well.
The truck also rides on newer front and rear shocks. The truck has
a custom built center console with built in 6x9 speakers and a Sony
CD player.
