Challenger Vin Numbers included Rick Hendricks' $800,000 Hellcat
#700001. It is the only Chrysler marketing program vehicle ever
built, it was done specifically for the 2014 SEMA Show and the
Optima Ultimate Street car invitational. The Proposal was
personally approved by Dodge CEO Tim Kuniskis.2015 Dodge Challenger
