This beautiful 356 was delivered new to Porsche Car Pacific in
Burlingame, CA south of San Francisco. With a striking finished in
Bali Blue over Grey leatherette seating with matching carpets and
black rubber mats. As the recipient of a ground-up restoration in
years past, this coupe remains a numbers-matching and well-sorted
356 for casual display or enthusiastic driving. The cabin is nicely
appointed with beautiful upholstery and great exterior paint with
little blemishing, as is the clean undercarriage. The front luggage
compartment contains the tool roll, jack, matching spare assembly,
leather tie down and plastic liner. Additionally, a front bra and
car cover are included. All electronics and October of 2017 to
assure many more miles of enjoyment.
The engine is strong, while the freshly serviced brakes and
suspension provide excellent road manners. In addition to a recent
service, a new set of Michelin XWX tires were installed. It's
important to note that 210185 also retains its #85 stamped front
and rear deck lid latches, period US band Blaupunkt radio, factory
date coded ventilated wheels, and California "black plates". With a
striking color combination and balanced performance, comfortable in
keeping with modern traffic, this 356B Karmann Coupe not only makes
a great head-turner, but a top-notch tourer and all-around great
