Vehicle Description
Nicely Restored 1983 GMC K30 badged as a Chevy Silverado. This is a
unique truck as it was frame off restored 8-10 years ago. The body
is an 83 GMC 1/2 Ton and the frame, drive train, axles, everything
was swapped to a 1 Ton. The body came from Texas.
The engine is a GM Goodwrench Crate 350 with plenty of power
(unsure how much HP, but it is built). The transmission is a Turbo
400. Rear axle is a Corporate 14 Bolt with 4.10 Gears. Front Axle
is a Dana 60 Kingpin with 4.10 Gears. The NP 205 Transfer Case was
rebuilt (have receipt). It also has dual batteries, stainless brake
lines, 4" Suspension Lift, and Dual Gas Tanks. This was an AC
truck, but the compressor was not installed. Everything else on the
truck is working and we have driven it extensively. It runs and
drives awesome!!!
This truck has been stored in the winters and driven in the summers
so it is still in excellent condition. If you are looking for a
heavy duty classic truck this is the one.
