Circa 1967, Chevrolets Corvette now entering its 14th year of
production and with the cars continuous evolvement since its
inception in 1953, the Corvette optimized the combination of
American style and performance. The Sting Ray Corvettes of 1967
captured the hearts of car lovers around the globe. The small block
cars were quick, light and nimble cars that possessed excellent
balance and drivability, and the big block cars produced some the
most thrilling horsepower ever applied to American automobile
production.

Chevrolet Corvette L79 coupe. According to the owner this 1967
Corvette is a numbers matching car retaining its original engine,
transmission and major components. Factory options included: L79
327/350hp V8, M21 Close Ratio 4 Speed transmission, G81
Post-traction rear end with 370 gears, Factory Air Conditioning,
Tinted Glass, Off Road Exhaust and AM / FM Push Button Radio. The
car remains in its original color combination of Marlboro Maroon
over black interior. The car features an older ground up
restoration completed approximately 20 years ago on a no hit body
and retaining its original bumper and trim. Much attention to
detail was exercised during the restoration process using all
original or NOS parts. Today, as a result, the car remains in
excellent condition throughout. On top of its factory original
options, the car now features power steering, power brakes, side
exhaust and bolt on accessory wheels; all executed in factory
detailed fashion. The exterior fit and finish, now nearly 20 years
old, still shows excellent and is a testament to the quality of the
car and the work performed. The interior remains excellent now
featuring leather seats, all gauges work including the clock. The
engine and engine bay is excellent with attention to detail in
correct hoses, clamps and complete ignition shielding.
Many consider the 1967 Corvette the best Corvette produced. It hits
