For Sale: 1959 Chevrolet 1-1/2 Ton Pickup in Crookston, Minnesota

Vehicle Description

This 6400 should run and drive. Was last used up until a few years ago on the farm. All tires hold air and roll nice.

We can part this truck and send you the cab and front clip. This would include the cab, doors, hood, grill, fenders and runningboards. It would cost an addidtional 400 to ship this to you. Please read the Fastenal paragraph for more info on shipping.

Fastenal: A great resource for shipping larger items on pallets. I will supply the pallet. The only downfall with using Fastenal, is they do not ship to the western states (California, Oregon, Washington). There are over 2600 stores in the US. If there is a store near you, they will most likely ship to it. I ship the pallets within a few days of cleared payment. When it is shipped out, I email the buyer with the Fastenal address and phone number where it will arrive. It takes about 7-10 business days to arrive there. They do not guarantee arrival times and do not offer tracking. They are simply sent from warehouse to warehouse within the Fastenal companies. Once the shipment arrives at your store, Fastenal WILL call you. Please do not pester them with phone calls as they are very busy. Make sure you send your phone number so Fastenal can reach you. If Fastenal is unable to reach you for any reason, this shipment will be returned to me after 14 days and you will lose out on payment. You will need to pick the shipment up. Fastenal will not deliver this to a 3rd party warehouse or International shipping facility. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PICKING THIS UP IN PERSON. Fastenal will load this with the forklift onto your trailer. I will ship most things on only a pallet. This has been the most cost-effective way to ship bulky items. They do not insure uncrated shipments; therefore, I will NOT insure uncrated items. It will ship out at your risk. I will do my best to tie the load down. IF you want an insured shipment, an extra cost for crating will be added to the purchase price. Please contact me within 24 hours of purchasing if you would like the shipment crated. I will charge up to $100 to crate it.

Please do not call asking for parts off whole vehicles. My phone floods with calls from guys looking for parts. It’s frustrating. We are not a salvage yard. Parting cars leaves the guy who buys the whole car scrambling to find these parts that I sold. I will not do it!

All vehicles are being sold in as-is condition. We do not warranty them. We do our best to give the most accurate descriptions and will disclose any information we know about the vehicle. Please ask us for more photos if you are unsure about the condition. Getting photos of the underside of a vehicle is difficult as we do not have a car lift.

Buyers can make payment at any time. We accept cash in person, check, money orders, Paypal and all major credit cards. There is a 3% charge for all Paypal and credit card charges. Non-refundable deposits can also be made. A deposit will hold a vehicle for 45 days. After the 45 days, buyer will lose deposit and vehicle will be held for resale. Buyer has 45 days from the time of making full payment to collect vehicle, unless prior arrangements with us are made. After 45 days, buyer will lose vehicle and any money paid. We do not refund money. Like any other car dealer, once a car is paid for, it’s yours!

Transporting vehicle is your responsibility. We can assist in finding transport and loading vehicle. We have a skidsteer on site, but cannot drive the skidsteer onto their trailer or lift vehicle up. Please find a transporter that has a flatbed trailer and winch. We’ve had problems with transporters coming with double decker trailers. These aren’t the most suitable in hauling these old non-running vehicles.

Some of our vehicles do not have titles. The titles were lost several years ago and the vehicles were abandoned. We can apply for and receive a title, at no cost to you, for a vehicle if it’s bought at full asking price. The process to receive a title back from the Minnesota DMV takes between 3 and 6 months.

Thank you
