November 9, 1965, this BODY-OFF RESTORED 1966 Corvette L79
Convertible is in nice condition. This car's paint is good-vg, with
a great shine. Convertible top is vg-exc, and all exterior glass
shows a correct date code. Front chrome bumpers show a good-vg
finish. Exterior door handles are vg-exc, as is the
weatherstripping. Knockoff style wheels are vg with vg spinners,
and radial goldline tires are BRAND NEW. The interior of this 1966
Corvette L79 Convertible shows vg-exc seats, glovebox lid, carpet,
seatbelts, gauges, and door panels, good-vg center console, vg dash
pods, and a good condition steering wheel. Correct appearing AM/FM
radio is in place. The numbers matching engine in this car shows
final assembly date November 5, 1965. Correct air cleaner,
carburetor, intake manifold, valve covers, exhaust manifolds,
ignition shielding, and radiator hoses and hose clamps are all in
place, and the frame is solid and rust-free. Records for the
exenstive body-off restoration in 2007 are included. The engine,
transmission, radio, instrument cluster, and suspension were also
rebuilt at that time, and the car was repainted as well. This car
has been fully serviced, and all instrument gauges, lights, turn
signals, brakes, engine, transmission and rear-end are all in good
