Vehicle Description
1968 Plymouth Road Runner Resto-Mod
So we all know Plymouth created the Road Runner in 1968 to address
the entry level muscle car market and it was wildly successful. So
we have taken that original success formula a bit further. While
utilizing the original styling cues of the 68 Road Runner we have
made this particular example a modern driving machine. Here is a
fully restored example that has a numbers matching engine, all the
right stuff, in a great color, and runs great. By all the right
stuff we mean the original 383 V8, a Torqueflite 727 transmission
and 3.23 rear end along with a long list of updated adds.
Including, Holley Sniper fuel injection sitting on an Edelbrock
intake, Vintage air Conditioning, MBM power 4 wheel disc brakes
with an emergency brake, UniSteer rack and pinion steering, and a
Lokar kick down for passing, It looks as good underneath as on top
and the topside is fabulous. The B5 Blue paint is great and the
white bucket seat and console look fabulous. This one comes with
receipts for over $90k in labor and parts showing everything right
down to the screws and gaskets. Here is a fine way to enjoy an
iconic American Muscle car with the comfort and reliability of
modern technology.
