1968 Mustang Restomod 4 time show winner and people's choice
award in Las Vegas Nevada and Boise Idaho.
The car has been covered and garaged kept since completion and only
driven on perfectly sunny days. Approximately 3500 miles
since restoration.
Specs:
Body and sheet metal, Paint exterior completed by New Look
Collisions in Las Vegas with taking every detail into
account. New Look had the car for over a year.
Upper and lower front fascia, hood, 68 Shelby trunk, rear quarter
end caps from Maier Racing. Both top and bottom 68 Shelby
scoops are functional. The car has been taken down to bare
metal. New steel components are the front fenders, roof and full
floors were professionally replaced prepared and painted. The
Engine bay has been redone with internal sheet metal pieces
also.
The shock tower on the passenger side has been replaced. Rear
quarter side markers and lower rocker molding delete are the only
two body mods done. The fiberglass parts have been correctly
fitted and are bolted on for future removal if needed. Most
cars with the Eleanor front fascia are typically glassed in and
crack later. Powder coated chrome exterior pieces for a
blacked out look.
Engine and Drivetrain:
Built 302 with high flow meldion oil pump. Airgap Edelbrock
intake and Edelbrock carburetor with electronic ignition. ARP
Stainless bolt kit throughout. New stainless steel fuel lines with
a new sending unit and new gas tank. Jet Hot exhaust
manifolds with dual exhaust with 40 series Magnaflow mufflers.
Serpentine belt kit with power steering. Three core aluminum
radiator with electric fan. Rebuilt 4speed top loader with custom
built drive shaft with centerforce clutch and components.
Suspension: Chris Alston's Chassisworks front tubular coil-overs in
the front.
Brakes: Baer brakes on all corners, rotors are slotted and drilled.

Electrical:
Painless wiring harness. Starter solenoid has been relocated
under the battery tray for clean engine bay appearance along with
all engine bay wiring. All wires have been wrapped with
painless loom and shrink wrapped for a beautiful and neat
