Vehicle Description
For sale in our Denver showroom is a custom, tastefully built, 1978
Chevrolet Corvette roadster. The year was 1978, and while this
Chevy was rolling onto the pavement for the first time, M.A.S.H and
the Love Boat were playing on the TV set. Songs like "Life's Been
Good" by Joe Walsh were topping the charts and likely was one of
the first songs played on this Corvette's radio! Painted in high
gloss black, this Corvette really looks good under the sun. The car
does not offer a top but instead a custom look with a solid rear
panel stretching out to the bumper; talk about streamlined. Under
the hood you'll find a new crate engine with just 500 miles on it.
The engine is a powerful 383 CID V8 backed by a new, upgraded 700R4
automatic transmission and rebuilt rear-end. Rear-end gears are
comprised of 3.70:1. Options include: AM/FM/MP3 radio, CD player,
power brakes, power steering, power windows, tilt wheel, seat
belts, and rally wheels with radial tires. Since this Corvette's
restoration, about 8 years prior and ongoing, the car has been
properly stored in a garage and kept out of the weather. If you
have an infatuation with classic Corvette's but want something more
obscure, this Corvette is for you. To view the car in greater
detail, including an HD video and 100+ HD pictures, please visit
