Produced for only a few weeks in 1969, the Ford Torino Talladega
was a "showroom race car" and allowed Ford to dominate the 1969
racing season in NASCAR. Featuring a more aerodynamic front end
designed by Holman-Moody technicians and a 428 cu in Cobra Jet V8
which was completely rebuilt in 1989, this Talladega is an example
of a true homologation. Behind the V8 is a heavy duty C6 automatic
transmission. Painted in Wimbledon White with a black vinyl
interior, there's certainly a lot to love about this rare Torino.
