Vehicle Description
Did you miss your opportunity at one of the coolest and quickest
SUVs around? Well here's your second chance! This loaded and rare
2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer SS still feels factory fresh from its
slick black paint to its low-mileage Corvette V8.
Chevrolet got the formula absolutely right with their first SUV to
ever receive the iconic SS moniker. After all, utilizing a big
motor in a lighter midsize package is exactly how GM started the
muscle car craze. And this one certainly looks the part of an
intimidating machine with its beefy fenders, and the full midnight
package with a blacked-out grille and tinted windows to match the
paint. But more than just its historic connection is why this SUV
has been treated like a rare beast since day one. Few people were
willing to pay the premium for a speedy Trailblazer, and so these
SS versions are a great modern classic. That's why the black paint
still has a showroom level of shine; the sheetmetal is exceptional;
and those special 20-inch factory alloys look like they've never
been near a curb.
Inside it's more midnight goodness with a full black leather
interior package. The special SS seats look great and feel even
better with the comfortable suede inserts. And with such few miles
on the odometer, there has been very little seat time to create
even a wrinkle. Because this is a modern speed machine, it also
comes with a huge list of premium features. This includes power
front seats, power sunroof, power windows, power locks w/keyless
entry, dual airbags, cup holder center console, heated seats,
cruise control, and dual zone climate control. You're truly in
command of this vehicle thanks to the SS steering wheel with all
the essential controls integrated into it. Plus, beyond that is the
full instrument package with the large white-face tach that reminds
you there is something quite nice under the hood.
When you open the hood, there is a huge SS cover over the V8. We
actually like this because in a car that's so factory-fresh, it's
nice to see that even this detail is still intact. But don't worry,
underneath is the original fuel-injected LS2 V8. Rated at 395
horsepower, this one certainly lives up to the "blazer" part of its
name with seriously scorching performance. And to back up this V8
upgrade, Chevrolet also beefed up the suspension with stiffer
springs, shocks, and a rear sway bar. Plus, the 14-bolt rear end
was given a limited slip differential and lower gearing for better
take-offs. Add in a Corvette-inspired four-wheel disc brake
package, power steering, a four-speed automatic transmission
w/overdrive, and grippy Goodyear RS-A tires, and this is an SUV
with all the right moves on the streets.
Complete with the owner's manual, buying this Trailblazer SS
basically feels like getting it new from Chevy. But a unique
opportunity like this doesn't last long. So hurry up and call
today!
