truck features a rock solid, uncut body fully restored and painted
in Sunshine Yellow exterior paint. This FJ 40 has been modified and
updated throughout including a professionally prepared Vortec 4.3
liter V6 engine with computer and EFI, heavy duty Dodge truck
NV4500 5 Speed manual transmission, custom built drive shafts,
rebuilt transfer case, rebuilt differentials, rebuilt front axle, 4
wheel power disc brakes (plus disc parking brake) U-bot flip kit,
shackle reversal a total 4 inch lift, Saginaw manual steering gear
(interchangeable with power steering gear) etc. Other highlights
included: Vintage rebuilt Warn 8274 winch, oil cooler, rebuilt
tie-rods, custom wiring throughout with accompanying wiring
diagram, bedliner body undercoat, doors and windows completely
rebuilt with new latches and hardware, new seals, custom front
bumper with winch mount, stainless brake lines, serpentine system,
power steering, rear bench seat, Warn winch, a/c, aluminum
radiator, rear bench seat, front split bench, full roll cage,
stainless steel bolts, removable hard top, second fuel tank with
transfer pump, Dick Cepek wheels, rear mounted spare, jack and fuel
can, rear heat etc. This is fully restored, thoughtfully modified
and fully sorted to an everyday driver and off road performer.
Toyota FJ 40's continue to drive the vintage 4X4 market with their
stock and modified examples. The iconic look, reliability and
