Blue Bird. Offered here is PHS-documented and restored 1978 Pontiac
Firebird Trans Am 6.6L. This TA was originally purchased through
Mike Higgins Pontiac Inc. of Cincinnati, Ohio. The car is finished
in factory original Martinique Blue (code 24) over a Black Vinyl
(code 19) interior. The car underwent a frame on restoration in
2015. It is a factory WS6 car but the original motor was replaced
with a 1979 W72 400, professionally rebuilt by Performance
Engineering in 2015. All build receipts available and all sheet
metal is original. The transmission is a Turbo 350 automatic.
According to the PHS docs, the car came with custom AC, cruise
control, remote control deck lid release, power windows, tilt
steering wheel, and the WS6 Trans Am special performance package.
This car is the real package with correct 18-inch snowflake wheels.
It also has upgraded Edelbrock intake and carb. This is a great
looking and driving TA with 350hp under the "Screaming Chicken"
