This beautiful 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS has received a complete
frame off restoration into one of the most stunning chevelles we
have ever seen. This was a no expense spared build, everything is
new and the workmanship and quality of the restoration is top
notch. The body of the car is laser straight all over, all hood,
doors and trunk lid are aligned perfectly and open and close with
ease, excellent fit and finish. The two stage black paint is
absolutely breathtaking with a deep high gloss finish throughout
the body of the car. This is one of the best looking black paint
jobs we've seen in a long time and the white stripes have been
painted in perfectly, you feel no paint line at all, show quality
black paint at it's best. All the chrome, stainless, glass and
weather stripping are all new and in perfect condition. The
interior received the same treatment as the exterior with all new
upholstery, headliner, carpet, dash, etc... All chrome hardware is
new along with all gauges and trim. This chevelle also features a
new ralley wheel with tilt column, Vintage A/C, AM-FM-AUX stereo
and all new wiring harness throughout the car. The drive train
consist of a freshly built 454 big block LS5 V8 (CPG suffix) that
has been topped with an LS6 GM aluminum intake, Holley carb and
long tube headers with flowmaster exhaust. The transmission is a
M20 Muncie 4 speed with a 12 bolt posi rear axle with 3.31 gears.
The car is also equipped with power steering and power disc brakes.
This black beauty not only looks amazing it runs and drives as good
as it gets. The car has tons of neck snatching torque and shifts
through the gears with ease and just floats down the road. Perfect
driving car. Everything works on the car from the door buzzer,
clock, horn, wipers, all lights and gauges and even the cowl
induction hood functions properly. This is a true SS black on black
chevelle with a non-matching 454. The 454 that is in the car now is
from a 1971 chevelle LS5 but has been built to LS6 specs (and runs
like it). The car has been built to be a show winner and has even
racked up a few miles to prove it's dependability. You will be hard
pressed to find a nicer better built SS chevelle then this one for
under six figures. Show it or drive it you won't be
disappointed.....
