This Classic Reflection Coachworks (CRC) "1962" Corvette is a
stunner. Impeccably finished in mile-deep Torch Red with
contrasting White Coves and a White Softtop over a gorgeous Red
Leather Interior. Under the hood of this CRC is a powerful Chevy
5.7L LS6 V8 engine. The high-performance V8 is backed by a proper
6-speed manual transmission that has been upgraded with a Spec
clutch and drives a 4.11 limited slip rear-end. High-Performance
brakes with stainless lines provide highly capable stopping power
behind the custom wheels. The body is space-age carbon fiber, not
fiberglass, just like what is used for the Mercedes-McLaren SLR,
Aston Martins, and Formula 1 race cars. It was designed on Boeing
3-Dimensional computers and is built to exacting tolerances. The
car retains its original LS1 drivetrain, complete safety equipment,
and Active Handling System as well as the factory optional
dual-zone climate control, heads-up display, 6-speed manual
transmission, tilt and telescope steering column, dual power seats,
12-disc changer and the memory package that this particular car was
originally ordered with. It has a further upgraded audio system
with iPod connection, sport suspension, forged 19" wheels, short
shift kit, and red painted brake calipers all done in the
conversion along with a cool engine dress-up kit with vintage-style
valve covers. HID headlamps. Actual reproduction 1962 badges and
1962 emblems. This CRC rides and drives like a brand new Corvette.
