Vehicle Description
This 1967 Corvette Convertible is the result of a no-expense spared
frame off restoration. The car is powered by a matching-numbers
L-71 427 435hp V8 with aluminum heads; intake manifold and valve
covers. The engine bay stands as tall as the perfectly restored
exterior. The Rally Red exterior is complimented by the perfect
period-correct red interior. Interior and exterior colors match
original build color codes. While it cannot be confirmed; this car
carries most of the characteristics of a '67 with the L-89
High-Performance Package. There were only 16 L-71/427/435 Corvettes
produced in '67 with the L-89 option. Top to bottom; this is the
finest '67 427 Vette on the market today. For final year of the
Corvette C2; the 1967 Corvette received significant style and power
upgrades. Redesigned fender vents; new rear lighting styles and an
upgraded interior were complimented by great increases in
horsepower. As the C3 Corvettes were met with varying degrees of
reception due to their extreme styling; the '67 is highly sought
after for its classic design and impressive performance.
