1969 Chevelle Pro-Street
Probably one of the best looking 1969 Chevelle Pro-Street cars you’ve ever seen. Look closely and you’ll see the detailed images embedded in the awesome artwork. The paint is gorgeous! This one is definitely not all show. She’s got a 468 Big Block with Dart Pro 1 Aluminum CNC Heads. Internally there is an all steel rotating assembly, forged pistons, and more. On top of the Dart Intake Manifold is the monster Demon Carburetor fed by an Aeromotive Fuel Pump and Regulators. Ignition by MSD 7AL3, Custom made Headers and Exhaust by McCabe Racing , and all tuned to perfection. A Serious Hot Rod that will really pin you back into your seat.
Behind the Big Block Power Plant is a Built Turbo 400 with 3000RPM Stall set up with manual Street/Strip style shifter. The Back Half is from Chris Alston’s Chassisworks with a FAB 9 Inch, 4:56 Gears and Spool, 31 Spline Axles
Stopping Power is courtesy of Wilwood 4 Wheel Disc Brakes. Suspension and handling all dialed in with Alden Coil-Over Shocks, Adjustable Upper and Lower Tubular Control Arms, and a recent Digital Alignment.
One of a kind Chevelle Pro-Street
There are just too many things to list here, piece by piece. I think you see the quality and attention to detail that has gone into this build. There is Nitrous on board that has not been hooked up. This engine has not had the Boost put to it yet. The owner states this ’69 Chevelle should easily do the 1/4 mile in the 10s as is. Adding the boost he said he would give a conservative estimate of high 9s. With only about 4000 miles estimated since completion, this exciting and well built car will be great fun to own and drive.
This builder did a stellar job on the paint and body of this car. The graphics are incredible, you really can't appreciate the detail until you look closely and draw up and out the images embedded in the flames... There is one small crack in the paint on the right side top where the seam is and a small dent on left side quarter. Barely noticeable. I had to look hard to find flaws to make note of. Overall an absolutely beautiful car.
The dash is Carbon Fiber with Auto Meter Pro Comp Gauges. Wiring and Computer Systems are neatly placed in the custom glove box. Interior is clean and comfortable. Carpets, seats, headliner, and door panels all in great, like new condition. Very nice Interior.
The lightweight hood comes off and displays a very tidy engine compartment. Everything is done very cleanly, very neat, and very organized. Weight reduction techniques are used in all the right places. The Custom Headers fit so well and the Engine sounds amazing. This Big Block starts right up and runs out real well. We had a blast on the test drive...
