assembled on May 28, 1968, this 1968 Corvette L79 Convertible is in
nice condition, and comes with desirable power steering. This car's
paint looks to be slightly older, and is good-vg with a great
shine. Side glass shows correct date codes. Chrome bumpers show a
slightly older finish, and are vg. Rally wheels are vg with vg trim
rings and center caps, and Goodyear Eagle GTII raised white letter
tires show an average of 8/32nds tread depth remaining in the
front, and an average of 9/32nds remaining in the rear. The
interior of this 1968 Corvette L79 Convertible shows vg carpet,
good condition gauges, GM seatbelts, and center console, and vg-exc
rear storage bins. A vintage Sanyo AM/FM/CD/Cassette stereo with
"CORVETTE" script has taken the place of the factory AM/FM radio.
The numbers matching L79 engine in this car shows original casting
date May 8, 1968, and final assembly date May 14, 1968. Correct air
cleaner, intake manifold, valve covers, exhaust manifolds, ignition
shielding, radiator hoses, and hose clamps are all in place, and
