1979 Mercedes Benz 450 SL. I am the 2nd owner and have had the car for only 1 year. It has been stored since 1979 in a garage and under a soft cover. I have upgraded the steering wheel with an Italian made Nardi wood steering wheel that has been hand refinished, a 2000$ stereo and approximately 5000 $ in various repairs that have put this gem in perfect running order. Only 3 flaws including a small rust spot on the trunk (see photo), a bullet dent on the passenger door (apparently shot at while driving in the mountains) and the AC compressor needs to be changed. Undercarraige has been treated with an anit rust paint and is super clean (see photos).The hard top comes with a cradle and cover and is in near perfect condition and a new soft top. New custom floor mats, brand new wiper fluid resevoir and pump and all mantenaince records. Original ownes manual. New tires. This car is one of the nicest you'l find and drives like a dream.
