for Details History : The K5 Blazer, was first manufactured by
Chevrolet in 1969. It was designed and marketed to compete with
International Harvesters Scout and Fords Bronco. The advantage the
Blazer had above its rivals was to offer a shortened pickup truck,
which both increased interior space, and lowered cost of production
with a shared platform. Because of the success of the Blazer GMC
built the sister vehicle the JIMMY. The Blazers and Jimmys ruled
the newly created SUV market for 20 years and today remain a
favorite. A choice vintage 4X4 for enthusiasts all over North
America. Our K-5 Blazer : A good job bringing this vehicle back to
