1950 Kurtis Kraft Midget Racer

Car Mate Trailer

This 1950 Kurtis Kraft Midget (authenticated by Johnny Pawl) was restored in 2015 to the highest standard. The aluminum body is flawless. It is powered by a Chevy II four cylinder motor with internals from an "Iron Duke". It has two side draft Carter YH carbs. Power to the wheels goes through a quick change rear differential. An important upgrade is the addition of disc brakes all around. New dirt and hard track tires are included. Since restoration, the car has only been raced once at Silver Lake in Monticello, New York.
Also, part of the package is an enclosed trailer with winch. It is a single axel Car Mate Trailer. It is 6 feet wide and 12 feet long. It has 2 feet of front space for a batter and the winch. It has a GVWR rating of 2990.
