Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to offer this neat 1975 AMC
Pacer-X! A memorable "love-to-hate-it" car of the 1970s, the AMC
Pacer received newfound fame and attention after the movie: Wayne's
World, where it was the ride of choice for Wayne and Garth. This 75
Pacer is a true survivor with seller claimed originality. The car
is reported to have never been restored. Also, the car shows a
-claimed accurate - 38,821 miles on the clock. Even better, this
Pacer was ordered with the "X" Package, featuring vinyl bucket
seats, a sports steering wheel, and custom trim, as well as a
floor-mounted gear shift and front sway bar. Additionally, it
received unique chrome trim, wheels, Pacer X decals on the doors
and other call outs. Under the hood is AMC's venerable 258ci inline
six with 100hp and 180lbs-ft of torque. This 75 Pacer X is
resplendent in dark blue over red vinyl interior. The chrome and
trim look great and there's no reason to doubt it's originality. It
runs and drives like a Pacer should and is a unique shape on modern
roads. When's the last time you've seen a minty Pacer of any type?
