1969 Plymouth GTX 2dr Hardtop in Green paint with matte black
stripes and black vinyl top. This hardtop mopar is powered by the
NUMBERS MATCHING 440 V8 under the hood that is paired up with a
numbers matching automatic transmission. This one has been
repainted along the line by the previous owner. Front and rear
bumpers have been rechromed; the rest of the brightwork appears
largely original. Some logos and other brightwork do show some
pitting, see still photos. Riding on Magnum 500 wheels with
BFGoodrich radials. The 14" wheels were replaced with 15" wheels by
the previous owner. Equipped with new shocks, control arms,
bushings, steering components, new rear shocks, new gas tank, fuel
sending unit, pump, new tti stainless exhaust, rebuilt leaf
springs. Control arms painted gold/brown-ish. Engine was
professionally rebuilt - and transmission - all done approximately
7,000 miles ago. Odometer currently reads 122,073 original miles.
Green vinyl bucket seat interior with center console and auto on
the floor. Seat belts are intact front and rear. Seat surfaces are
in nice shape too. Carpet, door panels, chrome headliner, and door
handles were done in 2021. Radio powers on but was not able to get
reception. Tachometer, wipers, horn, and blower fan all work.
Original Carter carb will be in the trunk and was also rebuilt a
few years ago; previous owner installed an Edelbrock carb with
electric choke on it currently. Dash has a small crack in the
center.
