"A few weeks ago I decided to part with a car that had been in my family for 39 years. When I came across Classiccars.com, I knew that this would be the place to find a buyer. But, how do I proceed? That’s when I met Chelsea. She was helpful in every respect and cheerful; really fun to deal with. Uploading pictures? I had no clue. Chelsea said, “No problem!” Wow, seeing seven pictures on the official website was a thrill. Next question: to feature or not to feature? Chelsea made the decision easy…but what about an asking price? Again, I was given a web site to help me offer my car at a good, but fair price.
The car sold in a matter of days - and, at my exact asking price. Thank you, Chelsea! I called to tell her the good news. She was less excited than I. She started asking questions. It did not take long for me to understand where she was going with her questions. She was protecting me. Something wasn’t quite right. At her request, I sent her the buyer’s emails. There were several “red flags” which I had failed to notice. As it turns out, her suspicions were correct. It was a scam that could have cost me a lot of money. Chelsea was instrumental in preventing me from making a bad decision in regards to the sale of my car.
