This beautifully restored 1965 Corvette has the following options:
Factory A/C, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows and Leather Seats. Hagerty’s Price Guide states “A combination of options on 1965 Corvettes is often worth more than the sum of the preceding values” and we concur.
This Corvette Coupe is finished in Red with with Tan interior as it should be according to the data plate. While Tan was not a standard color with Red, the Corvette Black Book states non-standard interior options were available, meaning the tan was likely a special ordered. The reproduction wheels and redline tires were installed in 2014.
The 300 HP engine is factory rated at 360 lbs. torque making it the highest torque rating of all available 327 engines in 1965. The 4 speed transmission shifts flawlessly and overall this car is a joy to drive. The car was treated to a high level body off restoration and upon our in depth inspection we have discovered that the frame was changed at that time. The door fit is especially good and the paint is very nice.
The quality of this car really shows both cosmetically and mechanically, and really deserves to be seen in person.
