Vehicle Description
Owned by me since grad school in 1973. Originally an Arizona car, I took it to Southern California for seven years and then brought it to Maryland where it has been under the care of Healey Surgeons since 1980. Total mechanical restoration by Healey Surgeons (2008) and body off panel restoration by Shawn Miller of Hershey, PA (2009). Since restoration, the car has lived in a secure garage in Florida and been driven only 1600 miles. Drives as new. Car is now neg ground with radio/CD player (removable faceplate) and the differential is 3.54 ratio (car has O/D). This change transforms the car by dropping the revs on the highway and making it a much more relaxed car to drive on weekend trips.
