The Impala is dressy from stem to stern. A short chrome molding strip extends back from the headlamps, twin pair of bar moldings are above and below this strip on the fender tips. The quarter panel missle ornaments had two moldings streaking rearward, racing flags insignia, tripple tail lights and a vertical ribbed aluminum rear beauty panel.
