This is a beautifully restored 1973 Porsche 914 1.7L in correct matching Marathon Blue color.
The restoration was completed in 2015 at a cost of nearly $6,000. This included transmission rebuild, new clutch, new flywheel, new relay board, and a full service.
In the past two months, generous investment was made in the new interior, which included: All new carpeting, new leather plaid seats, and new wooden Momo steering wheel.
This 914 is also one of the first 914’s in North America with the new Porsche Classic navigation/radios that was installed last week. The radio has ipod, usb, and blue tooth connections.
Overall, this is an extremely nice 914. The Marathon Blue color is very appealing, and the addition of the “Blue Plaid” interior theme captures the epitome of early Porsche style. The car runs and drives fantastic, and everything is fully functional.
