The car was purchased at Barrett Jackson for more than asking and build cost.
Ground-up custom designed and built frame. Powered by a 502ci Chevrolet crate engine. Air conditioning, power windows, power locks and power steering. A book detailing the build accompanies the car with pictures showing showing that the frame was hand built to accommodate the many modifications. The 502cid crate engine is neatly tucked in front of a smooth firewall. An automatic TH700 transmission delivers smooth power to the rear wheels. 18" Boyd Coddingtons sit nice and low all around, 10" wide in the back and 8" wide in the front. The interior was designed and built by award winner Albert Lara in North Hollywood, Ca. The seats are fully powered and covered in a combination of white leather and white suede. Albert also built a custom console to house the iPod port and power window switches. The car also has toggle on the console that opens and closes the polished stainless steel exhaust on demand. New glass and hand polished original stainless trim help accent a car that has no stone left unturned. The trunk floor was replaced with a smooth bottom and a hide-away leather panel that houses a high-end digital sound system. Front and rear sway bars and the rear suspension is a 4-bar oil over. Flaming River tilt steering column. Billet Serpentine single belt kit. A 25 gallon custom built stainless steel gas tank with an internal sending unit, Classic Instrument gauges and California Smooth front and rear bumpers! WOW!
