For sale is a beaut 1957 belair 4d sedan. Originally a midwest car this car is hard to find in this condition. Has the power pack with powerglide. Starts right up and the 283 is very smooth with no issues. A joy to drive and it gets compliments everywhere. This is one solid 57 with no rust issues. The original radiator has been replaced with a quality aluminum unit. The rear pinion seal has been replaced and new u bolts and hardware installed. The diff fluid replaced as well. A new fuel sender and gasket and hardware installed as well. The choke on the 4bbl carter has been replaced and it has the correct fast idle and the accelerator pump has been replaced to correct a off idle hesitation. This car has a dealer installed parking brake warning light which works like new. The headlight switch has been replaced to fix a no dash light problem. The motor sounds so smooth it is like a turbine just incredible. The chevy smallblock is a great design and this car has a great example of one. Recent work performed on this classic 57 includes new classic performance lower control arms with new ball joints. Also a new brake master cylinder and rear wheel cylinders have been installed recently.
