"The 1951 Chevrolet Styleline looked softer and rounder, though little changed in overall contour. The softer and rounder look was credited to a smooth new "Fashion-Front" grille and integrated "Reflector-Guard" taillights. Parking lights moved to the outer edges of the grille molding to yield a wider, more substantial appearance. DeLuxe models wore neat fender skirts, accentuating the clean body lines. They also displayed such extras as stainless steel moldings on front fenders and doors, and a 39-hour wind-up clock inside. Of course, any Chevrolet could be dressed up with an outside sun shade, bumper wing tips, or a grille guard."

For sale by owner is this classic 1951 Styleline Deluxe. This car was body up restored and completed about 5 years ago. The paint is excellent, as is the exterior chrome and the interior has been very nicely redone. The engine is a 1957 Chevy 235 inline 6 cylinder that has been completely rebuilt. The transmission is a 1960 Chevy 2-speed powerglide automatic that has also been rebuilt. The paint has been redone and is excellent, as is the exterior chrome. The interior has been very nicely redone. The undercarriage appears to be mostly original and in excellent condition. In addition, it has a new drive shaft, new brakes, new master cylinder and it has been converted to a 12 volt system.
