Vehicle Description
My mother was the original owner and lived in Southern California. Upon her passing in 1998, I brought the car to Michigan and have ONLY pleasure driven it in the summer. I had it repainted in 1999 and I have proof of that. A long block 1641cc engine was installed and the clutch was replaced in 2011 and I have proof of that. I do not know how many miles are on the replacement engine because I didn't record what the odometer was then. I found a bill and I know that in 2005 the car had 57,922 miles. The replacement engine was installed in 2011 and now the car has 71,743 miles total on the odometer, a difference of approximately 14,000 miles. (and any that may be put on for test driving during the sale process). Many of those 14,000 miles would have been on the old engine in the 6 years from documentation to the engine replacement.
I installed replacement seats and a new steering wheel. I have the original steering wheel if that is of interest to you.
