Here is a very nicely done 1966 cobra replica with a 351 cleveland that has been bored .30 over with california heads. This car has been on a dyno and was proven to have 417 hp. The engine was built by Dick Weiss at King Cobra racing. The 351 cleveland has been blueprinted, has ARP bolts, solid lifters, roller rockers, and uses 40 weight racing oil. It also has a dana 44 rear end with 3:75 gears supported by corvette suspension. This car was first licensed in 2000 and has 1,500 original miles! When using the Corvette frame to do the build here are the modifications that were done. New half shafts in the rear were made from steel and custom made as well as yokes. A new rear fiberglass leaf spring was custom made to be the right length. Alden coil overs on the front with rear Bilstein shocks. Bearings & bushings were also all replaced at the time of the build. This is a true 90 inch wheel base as the original AC cobras were. It's riding on Comp Motive rims with look alike knock offs and they are aluminum. TRADES/OFFERS ARE CONSIDERED.
