1960 Ford Thunderbird: A very rare Square Bird! Painted in it's original color Burgundy Metalic this car is also equipped with leather interior factory air and power drivers seat. Changed all the fluids flushed the radiator dropped a new battery in it and it started right up and ran great!. The transmission has been checked at a local trans shop and anything found was corrected. Rebuilt four barrel carb original radiator re-cored stainless steel exhaust new water pump new belts and hoses. The car also had the suspension redone alone with the brakes. New radial tires make for a nicer ride. The original "Tiger Paw" is still in the trunk! As is the original jack etc. The car comes with the original owners book and a genuine Ford service manual.Over all solid car. The doors hood and trunk all line up perfectly. Doors are amazing when you close them! A slight push and they close tight! Trunk and floors are original and solid. Overall a great car! Fun to take to "cruise night with the kids!Hemmings indicates that the square birds were in the top ten 'good investments'! A really cool ride for cheap money! The car has always been in climate controlled storage and covered.
