Cabriolet. The car was purchased new with many options, and is a
matching numbers car. It is fitted with Hella fog lamps, a Leitz
luggage rack with leather ski straps, luggage straps and a 3 piece
period luggage set, matching boot cover, spare wheel with leather
strap, Coco floor mats, tools, jack, and other accessories. The
nut-and-bolt restoration, which was completed in 1992 by Balzer's
Vintage garage in California, is still showing in remarkable
fashion and would leave you to believe it was done last year or so.
It has been thoroughly detailed and serviced throughout its life,
and clearly shows such care. Car even has its original Driver's
Manual in its plastic sleeve. Comes with a COA and is verified by
Porsche Factory Kardex. Also comes with original books, tools,
restoration records, and judging sheets. The car has previously
participated in the Porsche Parade Concours. The beauty of this
fantastic 356 is certain to turn heads everywhere you go.
Driving impressions:
While a lot of cars can be beautiful in pictures and number
matching and loaded with accessories as this car is, very few drive
and feel like a new car. This truly is one of the sweetest driving
Porsches I have ever seen. There is virtually no apologies, and
everything blends so beautifully together that when you are seated
in this car and driving down the road, the experience is like no
