Carlyle Motors is very pleased to offer another 1973 Brewster Green Super Duty! This car is very rare with only 180 automatic super duty's being built in 1973 and even fewer being painted with the highly desirable, one year only color, Brewster Green!
This car is numbers matching and has only had 3 owners in it's entire lifetime. This is a very solid car which was restored in 2002 using all NOS parts. The car was repainted in Code 48, Brewster Green and the paint shines like new. We call very few cars EXCELLENT but the paint on this car can be described as EXCELLENT!
The paint shines like glass and looks wet! There are very few blemishes anywhere on this car so we would comfortably rate the paint a 9 out of 10.
The undercarriage is very solid with no rust issues that we can find. The prior owners took very good care of this Missouri born and raised car and it stayed there most of it's life.
We recovered the front seats just because this car deserves it and we want it to present as nice as possible. The dash has a few hairline cracks that are barely noticeable but we do have a brand new correct FULL DASH that can be installed at the owner's request. However, the dash is not very noticeable and you might just want to leave it the way it is. We can discuss the dash when we talk. Plus, the car has an aftermarket stereo in it that plays excellent so you may just want to leave it the way it is. Your choice.
The engine bay presents very well. The owner of this car wanted to do 2 very important things with this Super Duty. They wanted to maximize the power of this strong running Super Duty and secondly, they wanted to make sure it started and ran well every single time.
To that end, they installed headers and they also updated the ignition components while keeping the original distributor in place. They also saved the original exhaust manifolds and most every part that was original to the car when they restored it.
What we now have is an original, matching numbers, super duty that will haul ass! Excuse my language but that is the best way to describe it. If you ever wanted to know what a Super Duty would do with headers and an updated ignition, well here it is. This car will burn the tires with ease but also cruises down the road with ease. This car is one of my very favorite Super Duty's I have ever owned and I know you will enjoy it too.
The car has factory A/C, cruises down the road very nicely and has some very nice updates that truly make it an awesome car to drive.
This particular Super Duty retains it's numbers matching engine, transmission and full drive train and is also PHS documented and comes with a PHS Window Sticker as well. The original owner books are with the car as well.

Additional Notes:
Currently, the car has chrome valve covers with the proper SD455 decal. We are going to change the car back to steel valve covers painted the correct Pontiac blue and add a new SD455 decal.
Also, the car came to us with Honeycomb Wheels. We put brand new Rally II Wheels with Brand New Radial T/A's on the car. Your choice.
Finally, the car came to us with no hood bird or nose/bumper bird decals. The paint looks so incredible, we have not yet put any bird decals on the car. A nose/bumper bird would be correct for this car since the original owner did not add the $55.00 line item for "Hood Decal". Your choice but currently, we are considering only a nose/bumper bird decal.
