WORLDWIDE VINTAGE AUTOS IS PLEASED TO OFFER THIS 1958 CHEVROLET APACHE “BIG BACK WINDOW” PICKUP TRUCK. MOSTLY ORIGINAL WITH ONLY COSMETIC MODIFICATIONS THIS RUST FREE COLORADO TRUCK IS READY FOR CAR SHOWS OR USE AS AN EVERYDAY DRIVER!
1958 was the first year for fleetside bed and had a significant redesign of front end. All light-duty trucks were now called "Apaches", medium-duty trucks called "Vikings", and heavy-duty trucks called "Spartans". Now had four headlights instead of the previous two and featured a shorter, wider grille running the width of the front end; the parking lights moved to the grille instead of being in the front of the fender and the hood... similar to 1955/1956 models, but with a flat "valley" in the middle. '58 was also the first year for factory-equipped air conditioning.
EXTERIOR
- Painted in single stage enamel (period correct)
- Body is straight and shows no signs of rust repair or accidents.
- All window glass is in great condition.
- Diamond plate bed over original wood planking; wood is in decent condition.
INTERIOR
- Bench seat recently re upholstered
- Factory gauges
MECHANICAL
- Original Straight 6 Engine. Upper half rebuilt.
- 4 Speed transmission with VERY RARE working overdrive installed from factory!
DISCLOSURES
- Paint is excellent daily-driver quality. There are a few imperfections here and there.

SHIPPING:
We recommend having our shipping coordinator facilitate the transport of your new vehicle. We can handle all shipping arrangements in-house, so you know where your vehicle is from point ‘A’ to point ‘B’. We highly suggest using only enclosed shipping to protect your investment. We use Central Dispatch and they ensure all carriers are licensed, insured and bonded.

INSPECTIONS:
Inspections are highly recommended. These inspections should be done before bidding or placing a deposit.
During the inspection process we prefer to work with buyers directly, in lieu of third party inspectors; third party inspectors are typically trained in late model vehicles and, many times, their inspection templates do not apply to classic or modified vehicles.
If a third party inspection service is used, please know that we will require a copy of the inspection report before they leave our facility. Please let them know this before ordering your inspection.
WWVA salesmen are available six days per week to inspect any vehicle. We have a dedicated, 4-post lift available to you during your inspection. If you would like to meet an inspector at the dealership we will accommodate both of you.
