1940 Chevrolet Master Deluxe Coupe
The 1940 Chevrolet has a great look and big changes came for Chevys just 1 year later when you started seeing features like the headlights and turn signals inset into the fenders. While those cars have a great look as well you started to see less of the vintage appearance you associate with the 30s and 40s. This 1940 Master Deluxe is a great looking classic that was built to be driven comfortably. It has all of the comforts of your modern vehicle combined with a great classic look. The all steel body is coated in a nice dark Blue paint that has a nice shine and is accented by custom painted ghost flames. The original style front and rear bumper with guards are nicely mounted in place and have a nice finish. All of the glass is in good shape with a two piece windshield up front. Custom after market 20 inch wheels were added under all four corners with low profile tires that still have plenty of life left. Stance is an important thing on cars and whether you like your cars sitting tall or low to the ground this car handle it all with the full adjustable air ride suspension. LED lighting was also added under the running boards which accentuates the stance of the car even further and gives it a great look at car shows.
Getting the car rolling is a new 350 Vortec 5.7L V8 crate motor that starts up and runs well. It is mated up to a Turbo 350 transmission that shifts smoothly with no issues. The car is very comfortable to drive especially when you factor in the power steering and power brakes (disc up front.) New leaf springs were also added to the car as well as all new bushings.
Other neat luxury features on this classic include the air conditioning, power door locks, power windows, tilt steering column and electronic sun roof. Not only will you be driving in style but in comfort as well. The custom Blue and White interior is in good shape with aftermarket high back bucket seats added up front. A custom center console was built for the car to incorporate the always forgotten cupholders and air ride controls. On the dash you will find white faced VDO gauges and a Kenwood AM/FM/CD/DVD player. Black upholstery was used in the trunk where you will also find the battery, fuel cell and electronic fuel pump.
