Ford led the way as more and more was demanded in the way of performance, durability, and convenient features. The F250 moniker indicates the ¾ ton offering of the F-series. 1987 started the first year of the 8th generation and featured better aerodynamics and mechanics while the styling stayed very similar to the previous generation.
This is a really well preserved southern example of the classic trucks. It has been modified to be powered by a rare 429ci V8 Cobra Jet engine paired with the automatic transmission. It also features a 4-barrel carburetor, chrome valve covers, new dual exhaust, new engine rebuild, electronic ignition, air conditioning, one repaint, and more!
