Genuinely beautiful example, excellent rust free body, very nice primrose paint, excellent black interior, full tonneau, very good convertible top.
This car has just undergone a comprehensive service in our workshops....removed engine and transmission, new trans seals, new rear main seal, new clutch assembly, resurfaced flywheel facing, we dropped the oil sump and checked the crankshaft....10/10 and main and rod bearings looks 'as new.'
Last owner had the car for 41 years....during that time, engine was rebuilt (1,000 miles ago and confirmed by our disassemble and inspection of the bottom end), typically driven 200-300 miles a year, always garaged, he installed an oil cooler with Aeroquip lines, did the brakes (with vented front rotors), new alternator, new master and slave cylinder, and a new ANSA exhaust system.
Has a 32DGV Weber carb, engine bay is spotless and painted as for show, we rebushed the front end, checked shocks and springs, now runs and drives like new.
Wheels are new eight spoke Minilite style, new 175/70 radials, excellent chrome and trim, new wood steering wheel, stereo, excellent wiring, exhaust, all original gauges work, can't think of much else.
Just went into our showroom for sale.
