Ford Motor Company was ready to redesign their F-series truck for
the first time since inception and focused both on capability and
design. The newly appointed truck was given an expanded cab,
stylish new grille, longer hood which flowed all the way to the
front fenders and a new cargo bed which gave 6 � feet by 20 inches
of available space to its owner. The facelift was a nice touch but
with improvements made to wheelbase by expanding it, a longer set
of front and rear leaf springs fitted to it giving it not only a
better feel while driving but without giving up hauling abilities
and even an improved turning radius, this truck was the best that
had come out of the Ford factories since imagined.

example of the 1955 Ford F-100 for your consideration. With a great
deal of its original look intact, many great additions inserted
throughout the interior and a massive powertrain compared to its
first, this vehicle is not only dressed to impress but walks the
talk too. The exterior sits as original but with a brighter, more
prominent color including its sharp looking flames over the hood
and front fenders, the grill and front bumper smothered in chrome
as is the trim to add to its looks, the wheels are body matched but
with chrome caps and trim and the rear taillights host the Ford
insignia overtop. The bed has a body matched and fitted metal top
which is hydraulically operated giving protection to its beautiful
wood covered floor underneath and from top to bottom it is clear to
see how well the build was completed. With no corners cut, the
mechanical side is equally impressive as the exterior. Its powerful
390 V8 engine is believed to put out 400 horsepower, the C6
transmission is durable and reliable, the suspension is an air-ride
system with controls and monitor within the cabin, power steering,
power brakes and even discs in the front were added which all adds
to the comfort and convenience of this beautiful example.
The interior brings more modern comforts to its owner as it hosts
power windows, an AM/FM/CD/MP3 capable media center is installed,
the gauges are all new and working, the plush grey leather interior
wraps from the dash to the seats but with a body matching painted
upper dash adding that sharp look to the interior. This vehicle was
picked to be on the cover of the Woodward Dream Cruise calendar for
a reason which is a high honor for any car or truck and we even
