In 1967 Yenko began modifying the just introduced Camaro with the 427 CID L-72 power plant. The 1967 and 1968 Camaro was so successful, Don then was able to use the Central Office Production Order system {COPO} to have the L-72 installed on the assembly line; Quite an achievement for a little Chevrolet dealer from Canonsburg Pennsylvania. With all that said, this is a stunning tribute to the Yenko Super Car.
